Depending on the competition level, students usually prepare the exam pieces 6 months ahead. We will guide you on how to register and pick the correct level for students.
The musicianship isn't required during the competition, but we strongly recommend the competition students to join. Please check out the music theory page.
Adding extra lessons is required for competition students. Students need to be well prepared to attend the competition as many music pieces need to be played.
Memorizing pieces is required when performing at the competition.
Sound recording in class can help students understand better on their playing. We will analyze with students step by step.
Students will be doing a few rehearsals or group performing sessions with other students. Pretending they are on the live performance is essential.
If students are taking the violin competition, piano accompaniment is usually required. We will help you find professional piano accompaniment, but this will be an additional charge from the pianist.
